Morning sunrise on October 9th.
Work on driveway and footers are done for this year.
Another colorful sunrise on October 19th.
Woke on October 21st to a 4" blanket of snow and
...as I start down the mountain and head for the
Denver airport to pick up Elaine.
Coming home from the airport in the afternoon, we
find the main road plowed...
...but the secondary roads are still snow covered
with about 8" so far.

Jim later in the day as the temps reach a balmy 27
degrees with bright sun.
October 25th as we load the camper onto the truck in
yet another snow storm.
Elaine bundled up, smiling and ready to head
east for warmer places.
Rig loaded and ready to roll with 6" of snow on the
ground so far in a whiteout.
